At Narang Ethnics, we strive to provide you with the finest quality of craftsmanship. Since our products are often made-to-order or involve delicate handwork, we follow a structured policy for exchanges and returns.
(Please note: Online orders cannot be exchanged or returned at our physical retail stores.)
Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders Only)
If you require a different size for the product you ordered, we are happy to assist with an exchange.
Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, and invoices intact.
Any products customized to your specific measurements (including custom blouse stitching, pre-draped sarees, or petticoats) are not eligible for exchange.
The cost of couriering the product back to our headquarters for exchange is to be borne by the customer
Return & Refund Policy
We maintain a strict quality control process; however, returns are accepted under the following specific conditions:
Returns are only issued if you receive a damaged/defective item or the incorrect style from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange due to damage, a clear unboxing video must be shared with us. Requests without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

● Handbags & Clutches
● Sale or Discounted Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on a personal dislike of a style, color, or fit, provided the item matches the description and size ordered.
Sale Period & Discounts
Products purchased during a sale or using a discount code are not eligible for return or exchange.
During high-volume sale periods, we are unable to cancel orders once placed.
However, Narang Ethnics reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is found to be unavailable or fails our quality check.
Coupon Codes & Store Credit
In cases where a return is approved or a product is unavailable, we may issue a Coupon Code/Store Credit for the equivalent amount.
Coupon codes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Expired codes cannot be re-issued.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved (due to the non-availability of a product or a verified defect), the amount will be processed back to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7–10 working days.
International Orders
All international orders are considered Final Sale.
We do not offer exchanges or returns on international shipments due to the complexities of logistics and customs.
No refunds are provided for international orders once they have been processed and shipped.
