Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Narang Ethnics, we are dedicated to ensuring your orders are delivered with care and efficiency. Our shipping policy outlines our processes to provide you with a seamless shopping experience.
Order Processing & Logistics
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details, including the pin code and contact number, are 100% accurate.
You have a 2-hour window from the time of purchase to modify your shipping address via email at support@narangethnics.in
Each piece has a specific processing time listed on its description page. On average, orders are prepared for dispatch within 2–5 working days.
We partner with premium logistics providers including BlueDart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and DHL to ensure safe transit.
Domestic Shipping (India)
Once dispatched, domestic orders typically reach you within 4–7 working days.
Complimentary Shipping on all orders above ₹1,500.
A flat fee of ₹200 applies to orders below ₹1,500.
International Shipping & Tariff Policy
We ship our collections worldwide. Please review our international terms carefully:
Global orders are generally delivered within 9–18 working days post-dispatch.
As per international trade laws and new tariff policies, certain countries may impose additional customs duties, import taxes, or government levies.
All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the product price and shipping cost displayed at checkout do not include these duties.
Any applicable duties or taxes must be paid directly to the shipping agency at the time of delivery to release your package.
If a shipment is returned due to non-payment of duties or refusal to accept the package, Narang Ethnics will not entertain requests for returns or refunds.
If the product is bought in INR that is in store price, then shipping will be charged as per courier partner DHL service limited. This is usually higher than the shipping charges mentioned on the website for international customers.
Tracking Your Order
Once your outfit leaves our studio, a Tracking ID and a direct link to the courier portal will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive this within 7 days of your order, please reach out to our support team.
Out of Delivery Zones (ODZ)
In rare cases where an address falls under an "Out of Delivery Zone" (ODZ) as defined by our courier partners, our team will contact you within 3 working days to request an alternative delivery address.
Failed Delivery & Non-Acceptance
Our partners will attempt delivery two times.
If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unreachable number, or refusal to accept, it will be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, the cost of re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. If the order is terminated, original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Delays & Unforeseen Events
While we strive for timely arrivals, shipping may occasionally be delayed due to customs clearance, courier logistics, or extreme weather. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
