Cancelation Policy
At Narang Ethnics, we begin processing your orders immediately to ensure timely delivery. Because many of our pieces are made-to-order or involve detailed hand-craftsmanship, we follow a strict cancellation policy.
General Cancellation Rules
Once an order is placed, it is typically sent to our production or packaging unit immediately. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
Limited Window: In exceptional cases, if you need to cancel an order, please email us at support@narangethnics.in within 2 hours of placement. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for cancellation as the processing will have already begun.
Made-to-Order & Customized Pieces
Any product that is "Made-to-Order," "Customized," or requires "Custom Stitching" (such as blouses or pre-draped sarees) cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Once the fabric is cut or the hand-embroidery process begins, the sale is final.
Sale & Promotional Periods
Products purchased during a sale, clearance, or using a promotional offer are not eligible for cancellation.
During sale periods, we experience high order volumes. While we strive to deliver on time, minor shipment delays during these periods do not entitle an order to be cancelled.
Cancellations by Narang Ethnics
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
● If a product is found to be out of stock or fails our stringent quality check before dispatch.
● If the shipping address or contact details provided are insufficient to complete the delivery.
● In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error.
● In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Failed Delivery / Refusal to Accept
If an order is shipped and subsequently refused by the customer or remains undelivered after multiple attempts by the courier, it will be treated as a Terminated Order.
For terminated orders, the original shipping charges and any applicable return-to-origin fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
