Narang Ethnics – COD Order & Payment Policy

To ensure smooth order processing, the following payment policy applies to all COD orders:

Orders of ₹5,000 & Above
* A 40% advance payment is mandatory to confirm the order.
* Free shipping is applicable on all orders above ₹5,000.
* The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery.

Orders Below ₹5,000
* Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
* A ₹200 advance payment is required to confirm the order.
* The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery.

General Terms
* Orders will be processed only after the applicable advance payment is received.
* Narang Ethnics reserves the right to refuse or restrict COD services in select locations or in cases of repeated order cancellations.
* Shipping timelines commence only after order confirmation and receipt of the advance payment.
* By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above payment terms and conditions.
